I’ve stood where you’re standing.

I coached purpose-driven people into high-performance leaders and teams, and created personal development experiences for thousands of young people. I did it all while partnering with my husband to raise two bright, heart-centered daughters.

Then I decided to ReDefine. I turned to my sense of adventure and took a journey inward. I listened deeply, did the work, and grew at the edge of faith and belief. Now I help other accomplished women do the same, with joy and purpose.

Outside of coaching: laughing with family and friends, telling a good story about almost anything, walking my dog Ton Ton on the Austin greenbelt, traveling as often as possible, and dancing when the beat drops.
